Effective September 2024, SAM Europe has been acquired by COMAS S.p.A., part of the Coesia group, world’s leading supplier of primary machinery and processing equipment for various industries: tobacco, food, personal care.

SAM Europe offers a wide range of tailor-made converting machines and individual components which meet and even exceed the highest international standards and requirements of our global customer base. This includes solution coating and laminating machines for paper, film and foil, including coating stations for 100% solids, water and solvent-based coating media, extrusion coating and laminating lines as well as turret winders, air floatation and roller supported dryers incl. accurate web handling and precise tension control. A full range of rotogravure printing machines completes the product portfolio. The different product lines can be individually combined to operate in an inline mode. SAM Europe can also supply lines for the Energy storage system industry giving all customers a comprehensive suite of tools to work with.

An extensive service programme, from component upgrades to perform equipment overhauls, training and support, is also available to complete the technical capabilities fully dedicated to be a trusted partner for each customer, actively engaging in a journey of collaboration and innovation.
